These terms apply when you use optionshair.us, book an appointment, or buy something from us. By using the site you agree to them.

Options Hair Studio & Suites is located at 100 Belmont St, Saginaw, TX 76179. You can reach us on 682-499-5866 or at optionshair.us@gmail.com.

Booking an appointment creates an agreement between you and us for that service at that time. Our booking and cancellation policy forms part of these terms.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking — for example if the service is not suitable for your hair, if a required consultation has not happened, or if a stylist becomes unavailable. If we cancel, we will contact you to rebook.

Prices on this site are in US dollars. Prices shown as "from" are starting prices and the final amount depends on your hair and the style chosen. Your stylist will confirm before starting.

Payment for services is taken in the studio. Online orders are paid at checkout through Stripe.

We do our best to keep prices accurate, but if a price is listed incorrectly we will tell you before taking payment and you may cancel.

Hair is individual. We will always discuss what is realistic for your hair before we begin, but we cannot guarantee an exact result, particularly for colour, chemical services and extensions.

If you are unhappy with a service, tell us within seven days and we will do our best to put it right.

Product descriptions and ingredient lists are provided by the manufacturer. Always read the packaging before use, and follow the directions and warnings on it.
