Shipping and Returns

You can collect your order from the studio at 100 Belmont St, Saginaw, TX 76179 during opening hours. We will email you as soon as it is ready.

Where delivery is offered, the cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are usually dispatched within two working days.

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please bring your receipt or order number.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened hair or skin products unless they are faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within seven days on 682-499-5866 or at optionshair.us@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery cost.

Course places can be transferred to another date, subject to availability, if you give at least seven days' notice.

Cancellations more than 14 days before the course date are refunded in full. Inside 14 days we can offer a transfer rather than a refund, because the place has been held for you.
