This website is a booking and ecommerce site. By using it, you consent to the practices described here.

To provide the services offered on this site, we may collect your first and last name, email address, phone number and mailing address.

If you buy something from us, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

We do not collect personal information about you unless you give it to us — by booking an appointment, contacting us, subscribing to our newsletter, or placing an order.

We use your information to operate this website and to deliver the services you have asked for: confirming your appointment, reminding you about it, and answering your enquiries.

If you have opted in, we may also tell you about services and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

We do not sell, rent or lease our customer list to anyone.

We share data only with the services needed to run the business — for example our email provider to send your confirmation, and Stripe to take payment. They may only use your information to provide that service to us, and must keep it confidential.

We may disclose your information without notice if required to do so by law, or where necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Options Hair Studio & Suites, our customers, or the public.

Some information about your device may be collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited. We use this to keep the site working and secure, and to understand in general terms how it is used.

We use a small number of cookies. One keeps you signed in if you have a staff account. One remembers your shopping basket. One remembers whether you have dismissed our announcement bar.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can decline cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under thirteen, please ask a parent or guardian before using this website.

Note that we may need to keep some booking and order records for accounting purposes even after a deletion request.
